Hello;
I am in the process of up grading one of our servers to 2003 in a new Box
and a some questions.
This is our structure for our servers.
1st Server - Win Svr 2k, Exchange 2k, DC, DNS, DHCP, AD, FS, PS
2nd Server- Win Svr 2003, Sql 2003, IIs, - Was Win Svr 2k, Sql 2k, IIs,
3rd server - Win Svr 2003, Exchange 2003, DC, DNS, DHCP, AD. This server
will replace 1st server, 1st server will be removed from the network.

What steps would I take to migrate everything from the 1st server to the 3rd
server.
I also want the 2nd server to be the secondary DC, DNS, DHCP, AD.
Do I upgrade DC first and then AD, add this to the secondary server, demote
the 1st server and then upgrade/move exchange, FS and PS to the 3rd server?

Can I do this upgrade on the fly, or will there be some down time for the
servers?

Thanks for any insight in this. Blaine
