Dear all,

we have replaced a failed wsus server with a new one but with new name and
IP address, changed the GPO to point the clients to the new server and it is
applied successfully, clients can't get connected to that new server, what
can be the reasons??

Regards,
AR

Went a little insane with the cross-post, eh?

microsoft.public.win2000.security,microsoft.public.win2000.setup_upgrade,microsoft.public.win2000.windows_update,microsoft.public.windows.server.security,microsoft.public.windows.server.update_services,microsoft.public.windowsupdate

Thought about firewall settings?

I believe the question was about the server's firewall.
