"The executable program that this service is configured to run in does
not implement the service"

When i was starting terminal services on Windows Server 2003 this error
appers. It was caused becouse earlier I had installed some apps for
Fast User Switching but it will not work. After uninstall even terminal
services were not working.

perhaps it is caused that in win xp is diffrent command to run
termservices than in windows server.

With that patch it works.
