I have just gone through the Wizard to set up for sending FAXs and have not
yet sent one. When I get to the point in the wizard which asks me to select
the Cover Page Template and type a subject line and note, all the boxes are
only "water marked" and I cannot click or type anywhere on the form.

Please Help!
