I set a ChartSpace in my web and set "displaytoolbar"=true.But when I
set data in the Chart,I find the button "Chart Style"in the toolbar
can't be used. How can I set this button to be used? Anybody could help
me out? Please.

The chart needs to be bound to a datasource for this to be enabled.
