Japanese USB keyboard using windows native driver does not work.
Although they are similar keyboards, they are divided into two groups.
One is a keyboard which can be detected and the other is cannot be detected.
Will not any component be enough?

My XPe detected USB-keyboard normally when I added a component [Generic USB
Composite Device] for composite devices.
