I am a developer for a Windows XP Embedded OEM company. I need to download
the Service Pack 2 upgrade for Windows XP Embedded. The MSDN pages refer me
to a site https://microsoft.embedded.com which is supposedly a restricted
site for OEM's to download upgrades etc for Windows XP embedded. This site
is broken and cannot be reached. If there's anyone who knows how to get the
Service Pack 2 upgrades for Windows XP Embedded, I'd sure appreciate a reply.

I read some of the previous postings on this subject and found that I need
to get onto a secure "ECE" website or some acronynm like that in order to get
this upgrade. What does this acronynm stand for? Who do I call to get
access to this secure website? Thanks!

You must sign a Microsoft License agreement to get access to the site.
