Password Problem - Microsoft Usenet

I am unable to send any emails as it appears that I have forgotten my
password (I have a new computer).
Please can anyone help me solve this problem?

Do you have acces to your old computer? There is a way to retrieve the
password from that computer. Please send an email directly to me.
