I am new to this and I can not access my OE. I have version 6 and I use win
xp. You will have to walk me through this so that I can get it right. I is a
pain in the **** not being able to use it.

Most msoe errors are related to corruption of the message store folder. See

Do you get an error message?
What happens when you try to open OE?
Windows version?
