I have the need to redirect the default computer container to an OU, I need
to have newly joined computer, to come up in the new OU and not the default
container. I have people that want to or need to move computer from the
default computer container to an OU at the same time I don't want to give
these people administration wrights on the default container

Precreate computer accounts in respective containers. If you have Windows
Server 2003 in 2003 domain functionality level, then you can use redircmp
command to redirect default computer account creation.
