i just installed 2k server and i forgot my pass word how
do log on?

I was wrong - there wasn't a post in this NG recently
that dealt with passwords. Try this:

- Log on as Administrator, and enter the password you
entered when you first loaded Win2000. Many people
enter a blank password.

- Use this link:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html

When finished, create a second admin account and lock
away the password so that you will never again face this
embarassing situation.

Windows 2000 has a weakness in where you can delete the
SAM in the directoryroot\system32\config\ folder i think.

Just reboot and log in as administrator and no password.
