My clients are receiving the following error "acess to
the specified device, path, or file is denied" after
clicking on a URL via email.

Here is the format of the URL:
<\\servername\printername>

The group has print access to the device and they also
have user access to their workstation. The weird thing is
that some are able to click on the link and receive the
installation prompt, but others are receving the message
outlined above....

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

They are all Windows 2000 SP4 clients.
