Hi,

My account is set up as a domain user. When I try to map C$ on any computer
on our network I'm asked for a username and password. Only on one computer
I'm not asked for username and password and I map the drive with
administrator privileges (I can do anything I want on the drive). What
could be causing this?

The remote machine is running win2k server (IIS and SQL Server) and the
permissions on C: are

Administrator - full control
Administrators - full control

I checked my account on the domain and I'm only a member of the domain users
group. On the remote computer my account is not in any group and there is
no duplicate local account.

If I log on as a different user I'm asked for a username and password when I
try to map C$ on the remote computer.

What can be causing my main account to have admin privileges to this drive?
