I am running windows 2000 server with 200 users on my

Auditing "what specifically"?

You can audit a variety of security issues, or you can log various
network activity.

What do you wish to report from you audit logs?

("Auditing the network", is a lot like saying "I work for the city and
I have been given the task of monitoring the city.")

Tell us what they expect you to report and we can give you some options.
