If the PC is Windows 2000 (also should work on XP), you can copy the local
profile to the domain user profile.
Login as a totally separate administrator account and do the following:
1. Right click My computer
2. Select properties
3. Select User Profiles Tab
4. Highlight the desired local user profile
5. Click Copy to
6. Browse to the profile folder of the domain account
7. Under permitted to use, change the account to the domain account.
8. Click OK twice.
This should accomplish it. . .
