Ada,

As this is a Terminal Server running NLBS you might want to consider posting
this to the TermServ.Clients News Group. I am sure that Patrick, Vera or
Matthew - or someone else - will be able to take you down the right path to
resolving this issue!

However, when I log on to one particular server, her profile loads a regular
desktop and not the limited one I assigned via group policy. I tested using
a test account with the same GPO applied and had no problem. No other users
are reporting this issue. The last resort of mine is to blow away her
profile and recreate it....
