View Full Version : Kerberos Failure Codes

Jeff
Where can I find a list of what the various kerberos failure codes mean?
For example, what does 0x20 mean in the event below:

Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Account Logon
Event ID: 677
Date: 3/24/2004
Time: 7:48:52 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: MYDC
Description:
Service Ticket Request Failed:
User Name:
User Domain:
Service Name: krbtgt/Mycomp.com
Ticket Options: 0x2
Failure Code: 0x20
Client Address: 192.168.1.25

Thanks,

Jeff

And here's a description of the ticket flags...
