A bit confused by the different levels for Domain and Forest
Please correct me if I am wrong
Have 2 DC/GC's running Windows 2003 Enterprise NOS
No downlevel DC's, only one NT 4.0 member server. All clusters and member servers remaining are Windows 2000 ASD SP4

Can I raise the Functional Domain and Forest levels to Windows Server 2003?

If all your domain controllers in the entire forest are Windows Server 2003
you can change to the 2003 functional levels. You would only stay at a lower
level if you had Windows 2000 DC's or NT BDC's.
