I can't open Outlook express, I get an error when I try and open.

I also can't access any windows updates. if i go to the microsoft site, the
update options are not available to click on(They are Grayed out).

I also can't open Norton Anti Virus 2005.

My internet explorer works, so I can access internet sites. It won't let me
go to any outlook express repair sites though.

Please help with any ideas.
