When I make a rule like: If From contains ....., etc.
my problem is: should the text be between quotes, or should it not?

No quotes, the rule will add ' ' around what you type, ie 'typed text'.

No quotes :)

Doublecheck your locations/folders,etc. - that is usually what doesn't
work. :)
