Hello Friends,
I forgot the Administrator password of my computer
(win2000). Now I can not do any changes so is there any
way to log-in as Administrator and change password? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

mander2002.asp, or find someone with a copy of the old
program - Locksmith v1.0

Winternals makes a product called ERD Commander which can be used to boot
the machine and from there you can change the local account passwords to let
yourself back in. www.winternals.com
