Is it possible in Windows 2000 to allow a standard user,
(ie NOT a power user, administrator etc...), to
change\modify ODBC settings.
I know its possible to allow them, (User Group), to alter
the Power Settings by tweaking the permissions in the
registry. Is there a similar fix for the ODBC settings??
many thanks
