Last week upgraded 2 NAV2004 (WIN2K, NPF2003, Had NAV2002,
this sent pc into startup loop with mqsvc.exe error. It
would write a look & then restart. Called Symantec - had 2
uninstall all of Symantec related prgms in safe mode.

mqsvc error still on start up bu tnow without restart
loop. Deleted / uninstalled all as per MS article 202124 -
How to manually uninstall MSMQ.

did this, but article says allows you for clean reinstall.
how & where do i reinstall from?

would this affect my outlook express which now will not
recognise my login password on POP3?
