After the third attempt to logon W2k Professional, I was
lockout. Is there some way I can logon without having to
do a reinstall (the computer was donated to my church and
we do not have the OS)?

The built in administrator account can not be locked out so hopefully you know that
account name and password. If you wait a while maybe the lockout counter will reset
itself but if that does not happen within a day you are probably out of luck in that
