View Full Version : Security Update CD

I have been unable to install the Service Pack 4 from the
CD - it goes through the procedure of inspecting config.
and checking for disk space - then briefly shows the
message "running processes before install" before giving
an error message "An error in updating your system has
occurred".

One thing is to make sure you have disabled all of your startup programs before
trying to install such as virus protection and personal firewall or about anything
else you see the the lower right hand corner of the desktop. --- Steve
