I am not able to rename a normal user profile. I am getting the access denied error message

Hey I am trying to rename this profile with admin privileges onl

Also I am able to rename other user profiles without any errors

Check permissions to that folder, possibly administrators was removed. If that was
the case you may need to take ownership first in security
properties/advanced/ownership. --- Steve
