Anyone know what files/reg keys may need accessed in
order to grant non-administrators the right to run and
collect and perfomance monitor data?

I know in previous Windows versions there is info on
registry keys and specific file permissions that need
changed. (see Q164018). but I have not found anything
on Win2000 and above.

Any thoughts?
