You can get all the Operating System patches from Windows update by using
the following KB:

You should just be able to download the Office updates from the Office
page. Once you have them downloaded you can put them on CD.

Network management software is not an option for my multiple small LAN
clients. I need all updates on one CD that I can burn copies of.
