Dear All,

I'm looking for a tool (Microsoft or Partner or Thirdy Party) able to list
all process running on a machine and related details.

Details like which executable files are process' source.
This is very useful for troubleshooting purpose, for example to find the
right exe file originating svchost process.

I've found a lot of program, but all of them were not able to track the
right exe file.

Take a look at Process Explorer from SysInternals. Tlist -s may also be helpful.
