View Full Version : how to force internet explorer security settings?

How do I force and dissallow changes to my user's IE Security settings? (the
security zone settings)

I have a windows 2000 domain at my disposal.... I don't see any options in
the domain GPO? I thought this would be a pretty basic and common thing to
do?

What are my options?

You might try two settings. Under user config/Windows settings/Internet Explorer
maintenance/security/security zones you should be able to configure your security
zones and then under user config/admin templates/Windows components/Internet
Explorer/internet control panel/disable security page you can prevent them from
accessing the settings. --- Steve
