I am in a bit of a bind and just wondering if someone can
give me a hand. I need to setup a folder structure so
that people can only Read the structure, but create files
anywhere within that structure. ie:

Clients
|
|- ABCD001
| |-Folder1
| |-Folder2
|
|- AAABC01

I know that its possible to do via the DACL but cant quite
figure it out. Can someone assist?
