I recently had a Windows 2000 server machine that was fully patched including the latest MS04-11 patch and the latest antivirus dat file become re-infected with Sasser c

Is this possible....are there a particular set of circumstances that would provide the environment for this worm to re-infect even though the loophole had been closed and the removal tool used
