W2K workstation running Office 2000 SR1. Everytime one of
the users (other than admin) attempt to open an Office
program that continually see a reinstall screen appear.
it runs a bit and then opens the program. What is going
on here and what do I need to correct this problem.

try asking in an ms office group... there is a known problem and fix for
this, i don't remember it off hand but i'm sure someonein one of those
groups will set you on the right path.
