One of the law enforcement agencies I support gave me a
seized/forfeited server (IBM Netfinity5K w/W2K Svr).

They asked me to get a license re-issued from Microsoft
for W2K Svr since the license/document is no longer
available but the software is on the hardware, both of
which are forfeited to law enforcement.

Who/How do I contact Microsoft to make this happen?
Florida Department of Law enforcement can provide a trail
of accoutability to assure legality of this request.
