I'm running IIS 5.0 with W2k server and have an existing
Thwarte key working, but when I try to create a new key
in IIS it give me the error:
"Failed to Generate the Certificate Request"

If found a registry edit for deleting the following key
and rebooting but that didn't work either:

HKEY_USERS\Default\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Provide
rs\Type 001

Any other suggestions?
