View Full Version : Power Options

Ed Oca
Thanks in advanced for any recommendations you may offer.
I've got an issue with laptop users logging on to our
domain and needing to change power settings. They can
open the power options properties and get the pull down
list of options. However, when they click on "apply",
they get a dialog box that says "access denied". Where
can I find the setting in security policies in W2K
Advanced server?

I don't believe there is a Group Policy setting to do what you want. See the JSI tip
below as a possible work around. I have not tried it myself, but worth looking
