Running Windows 2000 with service pack 3 installed. When a
particular IRDA device attemps connection through IR port,
computer crashes to blue screen. This occurs on multiple
machines and is consistent. Q252795 eluded to this problem
with a fix being provided in MS01-046. My problem seems to
be what is referenced in this document.

I cannot install this hot fix becuase it will not allow me
to install it over service pack 3. Does SP3 truely have
this fix included? If it does, any ideas what my problem
may be?
