We are considering turning on the Group Policy object to
enforce Passwords to meet complexity requirements. What
will happen to existing passwords that do not meet this
requirement? Will they be OK until the point in time that
they expire?

Hi Greg,

Current passwords will not be affected by this policy. Once the password
expires and user needs to change the password, he/she will need to enter one
that will match your policy.
