What permissions would a user-id need to remotely monitor a server using
PerfMon?

I should think 'domain admins' would be able to do it, we can here. Why
would you want anybody else to do it?

You might try adding them to the power users group. There is also a user
right for "profile system performance" that may give a user that ability as
described in the link bellow. I have not tried it myself,. let us know if it
